Paul W. Johnson has been a practicing trial attorney since 1985. Paul is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts in the States of Missouri and Illinois. After graduating from the University of Missouri Law School in 1985, Paul spent the first 22 years of his career as a defense trial attorney defending insureds and companies in various types of cases-nursing home, products liability, construction, automobile, health care, and employment-all to successful trial verdicts and often against all odds.
In 2007, Paul became a plaintiffs’ trial lawyer. He has found that his extensive defense background assists him greatly in developing and resolving cases filed on behalf of severely injured individual clients. In his 10 years as a plaintiffs’ trial attorney, Paul has earned a $1.288 million jury verdict and several million-dollar- plus settlements on behalf of his clients.
